The San Pedro Affiliate began its operations in July of 1994. It is responsible for all the building in the SulaValley and has built more than 1,277 houses to date. As San Pedro Sula is the fastest growing
city in Honduras (1,000,000 people in the metropolitan area) it has one of the biggest housing deficits as well; estimated at around 300,000 houses. In response to this, the affiliate sets an annual goal of 170-200 new houses.
